At Miraya Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read through our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements apply to orders shipped via UPS. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement request. Issues reported after this 2-day window will not be eligible for resolution, and the loss will be borne by the customer.
Items can only be returned or replaced if they are damaged, broken, spoiled, leaking, incorrect, or if a previous replacement was unsatisfactory. For any damaged, spoilt, or leaking item, a photograph is mandatory, requests submitted without supporting images will not be processed.
How to Submit a Return or Complaint
Email us at cc.mirayafoods@gmail.com with the following details: your full name, order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue along with photographs where applicable. You may also submit a complaint through the Report Order section on our website. Our team will reach out to you via phone or email within 5–6 business hours to address and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you by Miraya Foods. After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. The refund amount will reflect in your account within 2–3 business days after processing. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Delivery Address
We guarantee delivery only to the address confirmed on your order invoice. If you need to change your delivery address, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by emailing cc.mirayafoods@gmail.com. Address changes requested after this window may not be accommodated, and Miraya Foods will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, opened or partially consumed products, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return. Products purchased during clearance or promotional offers may be subject to different return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
